We’re excited to welcome you to our new chapter as Create Credit Union. Our rebrand is more than a new name and logo. It helps remove barriers for membership based on employer or geography and reflects our continued commitment to helping our members reach their financial goals and dreams. Anyone is welcome to apply for membership – now across the entire state of Nevada.

While our logo and colors have changed, our mission remains the same: putting members first and helping you reach your financial goals and dreams.

What to Expect

As we transition to Create Credit Union, you may still see the CCCU logo and signage in some branches, materials or documents. Logo and sign updates will happen in phases, so we appreciate your patience during this transition. Please refer to the email sent earlier this week with more details related to your account, cards and more!

Visit us at www.createcu.org and experience the redesigned site with streamlined navigation and the same easy access to online banking, rates, and account applications.

Download the New App

Mobile banking logins and passwords will stay the same, but after March 16^th you will need to update the app to the Create CU app in both the Apple app store and Google Play store.

Expanding Our Branch Network

As part of our new name, we will be expanding our branch network. We have branches planned for Pahrump and East Las Vegas, bringing added convenience to more members. More details will be coming soon!

Join Us for a Celebration

Celebrate our new name with a member event on Thursday, March 26th, from 11:30 AM to 1:30 PM at our Tenaya branch. Enjoy light refreshments, prizes and new account incentives. Plus meet the A’s mascot, Desert Dogs lacrosse players along with the Vixens and their mascot, and see the newly rebranded branch. Smart Start Scholarship Applications for 2026 Are Now Open

At Create Credit Union, we believe education helps people achieve their financial goals and we’re proud to help make that next step more attainable. Applications are now open for the 2026 Smart Start Scholarship, designed to help students build their future.

This year, Create CU will award ten $1,000 scholarships to eligible students. The program is open to graduating high school seniors and current college students enrolled in a state-accredited institution. Scholarship funds are sent directly to the student’s school to help cover educational expenses.

Students interested in applying should submit all the required documents by April 6, 2026 to be considered.

Mary Ann O., Member Since 1989

Mary Ann has been a proud member of the credit union since 1989 after moving to Henderson from Pittsburgh, Pennsylvania with her husband.

Mary Ann’s first experience with the credit union was at the small Pacific branch, which she remembers as a warm and welcoming place. Over the years, she watched Clark County Credit Union grow and relocate from Pacific Avenue to Water Street and later expand to its current location on Lake Mead. Despite the growth, one thing remains consistent, the friendly service. “The tellers and managers have always been pleasant, helpful, and patient,” she shared.

Throughout her 37 years as a member, Mary Ann has appreciated the guidance she has received from branch managers and staff when managing her accounts. She also values being able to speak with a real person when calling into the Member Service department.

Mary Ann admires how the credit union continues to keep up with changing technology while still maintaining a strong sense of community. She enjoys the member photo calendars each year and proudly wears the t-shirts she has collected over the decades.

“Thank you to the management, branch managers, tellers and staff,” Mary Ann shared. “You make the credit union the organization that I am very happy to be associated with.” She looks forward to many more years as a member, now of Create Credit Union.

Fifth Annual Cruisin’ with Cops

The credit union was proud to partner and volunteer at the 5th Annual Cruisin’ with Cops, hosted by The Neighborhood Challenge. This meaningful community event continues to bring families, local organizations and law enforcement together in support of public safety initiatives across Southern Nevada.

Our team showed up ready to serve. Volunteers distributed t-shirts, welcomed guests and helped keep operations running smoothly.

Cruisin’ with Cops is more than just a community gathering. It’s an opportunity to show appreciation for the members of law enforcement who protect and serve our neighborhoods every day. Events like this strengthen relationships between kids, residents and local law enforcement while supporting programs that enhance community safety.
